The process or operation from order placement through delivery is known as order processing. This is a major element of fulfilling retail orders, as dependability and precision result in satisfied customers. Distribution centers are a typical term for activities or facilities that process orders. The "pick-pack-and-ship" process has a broad range of levels of automation, from totally manual and paper-driven to highly automated and entirely mechanized; the systems in charge of this operation are commonly referred to as "Warehouse Management Systems”.

Company uses various types of order processing for customers such as walk-in
service, Fuiyoh apps on devices, and also picking up the customer’s goods from
their homes. For walk-in service, customers can pick any courier service that
suits their wants such as Pos Laju, JNT Express, Ninja Van, or others. Right
after the customer chooses their courier service, Fuiyoh Hub will take responsibility to manage the customer's goods by packing the goods in front of
the customer itself. This brings benefits to both parties and Fuiyoh Hub
getting the trust from the customers that they pack the goods in great
condition before they send the goods to courier services picked by the
customer and bring the customer’s satisfaction to use their services. Then, the
employees will segregate the goods from each box of the courier service that the customer chose to facilitate the work of picking goods from the courier service
according to their schedule. Fuiyoh Hub is concerned about customer's goods which
they packed the goods according to their specification for glassware
items, the employees will use bubble wrap and put the goods into a specific box
for double custody to prevent damage to the goods and put the fragile sticker
on the top of the box. Next, after the packing activities have been done, the
employees will key in the data and details about the goods to ship from the courier service picked by customers to make it easier that the goods to be delivered
smoothly to the customer. They use their own system to track the goods to
inform the customers where and when the goods are expected to deliver. The
customer made their payment after the employees label the details and weigh the
goods. Then customers just wait for the courier service to deliver their goods
to the destination.
Fuiyoh Hub also has its own app called “Fuiyoh Hub” which can make the customers purchase their services easier through their apps only. Customer can use their service by booking slots for the courier service that they want and also putting in the time when they want to send their goods to the hub. The process was still the same for the walk-in services but it was different which the part of the booking slot through apps. After they purchased the services through the apps, they still have to go to send their goods to the hub. Lastly, customers can purchase the services through the apps and the employees will take the goods to the customer’s house and bring them to the hub for packaging process and shipment. They still manage to make various types of ordering processes to make sure that customers are satisfied with their service and they can pick what services they want and how the order process mode suits their situation.
